It’s Okay not to be Okay is a registered charity whose mission is to advocate for better mental health, grief support, and suicide prevention. The organisation runs mental health presentations in schools, workplaces and sporting clubs to educate and inspire change.
Additionally, they provide sponsorship of counselling sessions, ensuring those who are financially vulnerable are still able to access these vital services.
Back Packs 4 VIC Kids
Back Pack 4 VIC Kids is an Australian charity that provides essential material aid to vulnerable babies, children, and young people. Their carefully developed support packs are designed to ease anxiety, restore dignity, and bring comfort during times of uncertainty.
