Merry Aussie Christmas and a Safe Holiday Season to All!
It seems like the time of year where everyone
is rushing to finish all of their working and/or
personal tasks at outrageous speeds, to
simply see the other side of the 25th of
December, so they can hang out and relax
with the ones we love the most.
A brilliant time for young families to enter into a new vibrance
of the Christmas holiday. There is nothing like the enthusiasm
of little ones pushing you along to dress the tree, turn the
lights on and wrap the presents.
Personally, my Christmas Day plan is to start with a little bit
of everything on my plate and hope to god my taste buds
don't take over my better judgment! Who am I kidding!!! I'll
be having seconds regardless!
Most importantly stay safe wherever you are and know that the
company you keep is one of the greatest gifts at this joyous time of year. Be thankful for all that you have and do what you can for others to make it a great time for all.

A Simple Explanation!
Are you the web savvy member of your
household? Maybe you are the technical
uncle who is only too proud to show off his
expertise at Christmas gatherings, Or the
loud aunty, always wearing animal print
shirts and secretly running the number one
online wooden toy shop in the country,
grossing 100K a year on the side?.
To those of you who are the technical genius of your peers
I ask...
Have you ever tried to explain the mysteries of website
domain names and website hosting to someone who has
no idea about the modern technical age?
Whether you own and run a business, a new mum or
entrepreneur wishing to start a side project for extra
income, or simply want to share a passion with everyone else on the
modern planet, you must have a grip of the basics to keep up.
Don't let the industry geeks charging an arm and a leg for
products and services fool you by using the tricks of fancy

The Imagination Trip.
Gee.. How far can modern imagery go!
Remember when the special effects in our
Saturday night movies whilst good, were
not enough to convince us they were real.
No one ran for the hills when ET showed
up on our screens, and though I still get
chills if swimming in the ocean thanks to
the Jaws trilogy, at least I knew when I
watched the mechanical shark tear up a
sizable fishing boat, that someone was
just trying to pull the wool over my eyes.
Modern day digital effects and imagery however are
pushing the boundaries of not just our sense of sight, but
our senses of movement, design, touch and technology.
The ongoing romance with our modern day digital imagery
is in full flight, with a vast array of media including movie
animation and effects, game machines such as the wii with motion sensors, Playstations sporting not just games but
blue ray technology and iphones.

It is even evident with the sculptured influence it has on
our modern day architecture, affecting what we live in
and around.
There isn't a Hollywood wannabe who can resist bringing
back the classic's from the Baby Boomer and Gen-X
generations in series such as Spiderman, Garfield, Astro
Boy and Star Trek, to name a few. Star Trek hasn't really
dissipated at any one stage but merely moved through
the black hole of time and technological advances.
We have been influenced by past projections of
architecture shown in themes such as Star Trek and
Star Wars, as well as devices used within these themes
and the social behavior depicted in the surrounding scenes.
